Growing up, my early exposure to Ranger Rick magazine sparked a deep fascination with conservation, storytelling, and photography, an influence that has guided me ever since. Beyond that, the wilderness became more than just a source of inspiration; it was a place of refuge, healing, and connection. In the mountains, forests, and oceans, I found peace, adventure, and a profound sense of belonging, something I lacked elsewhere. The natural world has given me clarity, purpose, and a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of life.
Through Gathered Light, I seek to pass that same sense of wonder, respect, and responsibility to others.
